5th Mantra Of Isa-Upanishad
ॐ तदेजति तन्नैजति तद्दूरे तद्वन्तिके।तदन्तरस्य सर्वस्य तदु सर्वस्यास्य बाह्यतः॥५॥
It (the Atman) moves and It moves not. It is distant and also It is near. It is within all this and It is also outside all this.
(वह आत्मतत्त्व चलता है और नहीं भी चलता । वह दूर है और समीप भी है । वह सबके अंतर्गत है और वही इस सबके बाहर भी है (अर्थात वह परमात्मा सृष्टि के कण कण में व्याप्त है )॥5॥)
Because It is present every where one can get it near him, far from him,within him,outside him or every where.
